A Wonderful Variety of Yoga styles!
Vinyasa~Sandrine's Yoga vinyasa includes components originated from various Yoga styles. During class you might experience sun salutations, ujjayi breath, principles of alignments, spirals, loops, organic / muscular energy,
bandhas (constrictions of specific muscles and organs to contain energy) and drishti (gaze). Yet, there are no predestined asana (pose) sequences. This is a free flowing class where each one is unique and different from the next.
This is a transforming style of yoga that will flow and challenge your inner soul and invite you to reconnect with your true Self. It will sculpt and tone your muscle as you learn to lengthen and be one with your body, mind,
and soul.
Kundalini~ is a powerful spiritual energy that lies within us all. Kundalini Yoga helps you to discover and unlock this energy, strengthen your body, and awaken your spirit.
Though this is an invigorating and very active yoga, building your endurance like a true athlete, it is easily attainable even for a beginner. This joy-filled practice leaves you feeling like a child again with long-lasting healthful benefits.
Power Flow~a vigorous Level 2-3 work-out based on Ashtanga-style yoga, yet flows like a Vinyasa-style yoga. Power Flow utilizes dynamic movements, creating strength, aerobic endurance, flexibility, and balance. Dr. Greg leads you through the hour and a half challenge, teaching students to "be in the pose, we're not trying to do the pose", feeling one's boundaries expand with each class, as each student works to his/her personal edge.
Essence of Energy~
Naomi's Essence of Energy Class begins with Do-in.
Do-in is self massage that stimulates and energizes the chi or life force of the body, opening stagnated areas and resulting in greater clarity, more energy and overall increased well-being. One often feels like they have been warmed up from the inside out!!
It is very easy and fun to learn!
Essence of Energy combines stretching and breathing from an ancient series of Tibetan exercises known as a secret to longevity.
The Five Rites also known as the Secret of Youth, stimulate, enliven and energize: every major muscle group, the organs, chakras, nerves and glands,
and are popular now among a number of
professional athletes.
Energy of Essence explores Harmonization, similar to mediation in motion and Natural Chi Movements. Easy to learn and infinitely valuable to your well being.

*Positive affirmations for life. Restorative Yoga is most suitable for those returning from an injury, or for all Yogi's needing to restore after a vigorous couple of weeks of practice. This class is taught by Revati, a physical therapist.

This system of Yoga was introduced by Yogi Swatmarama, a sage of 15th century India. The word Hatha is a compound of the words Ha and Tha meaning sun and moon and refers to the principal nadis (energy channels) of the subtle body.
